At Star College Cape Town, we offer a variety of sports led by professionally trained coaches. Our sports program helps students develop technical skills, teamwork, and physical fitness.
Students develop ball control, spatial awareness, and individual skills. The focus is on teamwork and strategic play, tested through various matches and tournaments.
Ball skills, teamwork, and leadership are emphasized. Fitness is a key aspect of training, and players test their abilities in competitive tournaments.
Students learn different techniques and work on collaboration within a team. We participate in various tournaments, and at least five girls have the opportunity to qualify for Western Province Colours.
This club offers a range of physical activities to improve fitness and self-confidence. Exercise programs are adapted for different fitness levels. During winter, training includes workout videos such as stretching and boxing sessions.
